SCS Bristol Info 2008

Bristol Dragway will host a Super Chevy Show September 26-27-28, 2008. The track is located in Bristol, Tennessee.

Purchase your $3 off Saturday or Sunday Adult General Admission Tickets at O'Reilly Auto Parts retail stores for this event. (Purchase receipt from O'Reilly needs to be turned in at gate for actual ticket.) Tickets may only be purchased within 30 days of the show.

DIRECTIONS:

Traveling from the North:
Take Virginia Exit 17 off I-81 and turn left on Hwy. 75. At the Tennessee border, the road changes to Hwy. 44. Continue on this route until the stop sign at U.S. 421. Turn right on 421 and stay on it until the traffic light at Hwy. 394. Turn left and proceed to Bristol Motor Speedway & Dragway.

Traveling from the South:
Take Tennessee Exit 69 off I-81. Turn right at the bottom of the ramp onto Hwy. 394. Bristol Motor Speedway & Dragway are located on the left side of Hwy. 394.

Credit cards are not accepted at any gate!
No Checks are accepted!
There is an ATM on the property, located at the North entrance of the Speedway.

There is free parking for spectators.
No "for sale" signs are allowed in Spectator parking.

*Racing is 1/8 mile., Except for DOT which runs 1/4 mile.
*Tech is located by the back of the lanes (on Friday)and by the fuel pumps (on Saturday and Sunday).
*Drivers may not run a vehicle in more than one class.
*Two drivers may not run the same car.
*$100-camping charge for those that would like full hook-ups.
*A Test & Tune is scheduled for Friday from noon-5pm. This is only open to Super Chevy weekend participants for an additional $25.
*A Bonus race is scheduled for Saturday after two rounds of time runs. This is only open to Super Chevy weekend participants for an additional $35.
*No time runs will occur Sunday morning, the race will proceed straight to eliminations.
*Payout is in the Tower in the bank
*Tower broadcasts on 100.9 FM.
*Handicapped parking is located behind the tower and on the spectator side of the track.
