Bob Hall

Bob Hall attended his first drag race at Old Dominion Speedway in 1957 and has been hooked ever since. He received a Bachlor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland. He drove a variety of cars over the following decades and started building engines, opening Dynatorque Racing Engines in 1975. In 1981 Bob hit the circuit as an exhibition driver in the Paddy Wagon. He started running in Super Chevy Shows in the mid 90's and has been a fixture on the series ever since. In 2002, the Airborne Express debuted. This astrovan is capable of mid 9 second runs in the 1/4 mile at speed approaching 150 mph.The Paddy Wagon still makes appearances throughout the year at special events.
