The Super Chevy Show tour returns to Virginia Motorsports Park May 15-17, 2015 with the Heart of Virginia Chevrolet Dealers as a presenting sponsor.   The Heart of Virginia Chevrolet Dealers have been involved with Super Chevy Show (www.superchevyshow.com) for several years, but this is the first time all nine of its dealerships have gotten together for a combined promotion.

“The Heart of Virginia Chevrolet Dealers group is proud to have the opportunity to lend support to such a popular event,” said its President, John Burchell Jr. “The Super Chevy Show is a real Chevrolet staple and we welcome all the Chevy enthusiasts who travel from all around for this event.”

Virginia Motorsports Park (www.virginiamotorsports.com) has hosted a Super Chevy Show event for nearly two decades, and is considered one of the largest event hosts on the 12-event national tour.  Car Show, Drag Race, Swap Meet, and automotive enthusiast spectators of all ages not only attend from the Richmond and Petersburg surrounding areas, but also from up and down eastern U.S.

“We are extremely excited to have The Heart of Virginia Chevy Dealers as the presenting Sponsor of the Super Chevy Show here at Virginia Motorsports Park,” said Allen Carpenter, General Manager of the facility. “With our track having one of the largest shows on the Super Chevy tour and it being the only stop in Virginia, it is a winning relationship for us to be in. There are a lot of great dealerships that are a part of The Heart of Virginia Chevy Dealers and we hope to have this wonderful relationship for years to come”

The Super Chevy Show series is the premier national event for all Chevrolet enthusiasts, offering something for everyone.  From high-powered Chevy racing action to the spectacular show cars at the top NHRA and IHRA tracks across the country. The Series boasts one of the nation’s finest performance and restoration midways for GM products.  Children are welcome to take part in the free Revell Make ’N Take activity each day to build their own model car to keep and take home from the event
