It was perfect weather for the season opener of the Super Chevy Show presented by Chevrolet Performance at Palm Beach International Raceway on the weekend of March 22nd. The sun was shining, the birds were chirping and the smell of burned rubber filled the air!

The accelerating and enjoyable weekend included exhilarating drag races, an incredible car and truck show, plus a time-honored swap meet. The weekend also ended with a variety of awards for participants, click HERE for photos of the event. The results are as follows:

MILLINGTON TN, (March 26, 2013) – Carissa Dawn’s till the Whiskeys Gone Band will perform in concert at 7:00 PM on Friday, April 12th at Memphis International Raceway as part of the Super Chevy Show festivities. Carissa is a singer / songwriter from Fulton, Missouri offering a chill acoustic set or an energetic full band performing classic to modern country & rock as well as originals. “We are thrilled to have Carissa performing in concert on Friday night at Memphis International Raceway and to have her perform our National Anthem on Saturday as part of our Super Chevy Show weekend,” said Pam Kendrick, Vice President and General Manager of Memphis International Raceway. “Carissa is not only a beautiful and talented performer, but a huge motorsports fan as well.
