PALM BEACH INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY ANNOUNCES 2012 SUPER CHEVY SHOW EVENT DETAILS

PALM BEACH, Fla., (December 21, 2011) – After a long and chilly winter, the Super Chevy Show series will kickoff the first event of the 2012 season, March 23-25 at Palm Beach International Raceway, in sunny Jupiter, Fla.
The first Super Chevy Show of the 2012 season offers something for every Chevrolet enthusiast, including Drag Racing Bracket Eliminations, Car Shows, Autocross, Swap Meet and Midway showcasing event sponsors and vendors specializing in GM restoration and aftermarket products.
In addition, the event will include Pro Mod Eliminations, 5thGen Camaro Shootout and special Pro Show attractions starring Freddy Sibley’s Speedcult and Paul Miller’s Blaze of Glory Jet Funny Cars, Danny O’Day’s Super Winch Wheel Stander and Nostalgia Dragsters.
“After a successful return to Palm Beach International Raceway in 2011, the Super Chevy Show has quickly become one of the premier events on our schedule,” said Jason Rittenberry, President of Palm Beach International Raceway. “The Chevy fans in South Florida are in for another fun filled weekend in 2012 with something for everyone – from the car show, autocross and swap meet on the road course, to side-by-side and exhibition racing on the drag strip.”
