KANSAS CITY (March 12) – Las Vegas is the show town of the world, and there will be a lot for racing fans and car enthusiasts to see when the Super Chevy Show kicks off it’s 30th season Saturday and Sunday at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

One of the bigger attractions during the weekend comes from the GM Performance Division, which will debut a new display trailer at the Las Vegas Super Chevy Show. The trailer, which will feature many GM equipment, accessories and vehicles, is slated to make several appearances at national events throughout the season. But the Super Chevy Show in Las Vegas is considered the perfect starting point.

Everyone at GM Performance Division is very excited about working with the new Super Chevy Show series ownership group, and attending the season kick-off in Las Vegas.
“Everyone at GM Performance Division is very excited about working with the new Super Chevy Show series ownership group, and attending the season kick-off in Las Vegas,” said Craig Shantz, GM manager of product promotion activities and specialty show vehicle builds. “Please stop by our display to take a look at some of the exciting Chevrolet production and show cars that we brought along, as well as, crate engines, and accessories, for the performance minded.

“The Super Chevy Show series has always been a great place for us to connect with the public and enthusiasts, and we know that there will be a strong contingent of racers, car show, and autocross participants at this first event. These are our kind of people and I am really looking forward to it.
